Odessa Groundwater Right for Sale - SOLD
Per a current and full water right due diligence review, 324 acre-feet of water for the irrigation of 143.4 acres under Certificate 5797-A (G3*08000CWRIS) are valid and available for transfer to new uses. The water right is available for transfer within the Odessa Subarea (excluding the “Exclusion Zones”).
The water right is also available for transfer into the Odessa Groundwater Replacement Program (OGWRP) infill acres in exchange for Columbia Basin Project water. Contact East Columbia Basin Irrigation District to confirm access to new laterals.
Note: Final quantities and transferability will be pending approval by the Washington State Department of Ecology.
