Nicole is a licensed Hydrogeologist in Washington and a licensed Geologist in Oregon. She is based out of Landau Associate’s Portland, Oregon Office. Nicole specializes in groundwater resource hydrology and water rights in the Pacific Northwest. She has helped municipal, industrial, agricultural, and domestic clients in Oregon and Washington with water right transfers, new water right applications, mitigation strategy development, due diligence assessments, and water right portfolio management. She also has experience in evaluating groundwater availability, water system planning, well development, rehabilitation, and sustainable yield, and groundwater modeling.
