Senior Columbia River water right with a 1972 priority date for sale. Selling approximately 83.1 acre-feet and up to 0.39 cfs (175 gpm) of irrigation authority. The existing water right place of use is shown in red in the image attached. The water right transferability area is generally downstream along the mainstem Columbia River from Brandts Landing. The water right is eligible for seasonal or year-round use.
