Confidential Water Right Assessment & Consultation for Oregon Water Rights

How it works —

Step 1.  You provide us with your name and contact information and identify the land parcel(s) you are interested in.

Step 2.  The water rights expert will research the water rights associated with the identified land parcel(s) and send you a confidential assessment report that summarizes:

  • Attributes of the water rights appurtenant to the land parcel(s);

  • Attributes of the water sources authorized by the water rights;

  • Aerial imagery of the places of use authorized by the water rights;

  • Preliminary evaluation of historic water use, including apparent beneficial use and potential risk of forfeiture or relinquishment;

  • Preliminary evaluation of water source reliability;

  • Key water right provisions/conditions; and

  • Recommended considerations.

Step 3.  Your water rights expert will contact you to schedule a one-hour consultation to review the confidential assessment report and answer any questions you may have.*
