Clyde Snow is excited to participate in the Western Water Market exchange. Clyde Snow helps strengthen Utah’s water marketing tools for a strong economy and healthy environment

Through the leadership of Clyde Snow and a broader 80+ person stakeholder group and robust public outreach campaign, the Utah Legislature passed the Utah Water Banking Act (S.B.-26) in February of this year. The 10-year pilot program aims to better support Utah’s growing water demands through the development of local, voluntary water banks that provide temporary transactions and generate income for water right owners.

Western Water Market looks forward to working with Clyde Snow and others to support the Utah water banking effort and to create a cohesive marketplace that best serves Utah water right holders and buyers.
