Nicole Mehr is a licensed hydrogeologist in Washington and a licensed geologist in Oregon. She is based out of Landau Associates’ Portland, Oregon Office. Nicole specializes in groundwater resource hydrology and water rights in the Pacific Northwest. She has helped municipal, industrial, agricultural, and domestic clients in Oregon and Washington with water right transfers, new water right applications, mitigation strategy development, due diligence assessments, and water right portfolio management. She also has experience in evaluating groundwater availability, water system planning, well development, rehabilitation, and sustainable yield, and groundwater modeling.
Kaila Anderson is a licensed environmental engineer who uses her technical skills and prior industrial experience to ensure Landau clients maintain compliance with environmental permits and regulations enforced by overlapping jurisdictional agencies. Kaila loves working on projects in her community and especially appreciates collaborating with farmers and local governments to navigate complex permitting webs. She offers experience and expertise on water rights due diligence, portfolio management, and change/transfer applications, permit extensions, and other water right buying/selling services.
