ABOUT THE WATER RIGHT

This valid Odessa groundwater right includes 324 acre-feet of water for the irrigation of 143.4 acres under Certificate No. 5797-A (G3*08000CWRIS). This water right is available for transfer within the Odessa Subarea Aquifer (see map below) and can be used for new uses or exchanged for Columbia Basin Project water through the Odessa Groundwater Replacement Program (OGWRP). Contact East Columbia Basin Irrigation District to confirm OGWRP eligibility and access to new laterals.

Note: Final quantities and transferability will be pending approval by the Washington State Department of Ecology.
